Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Service Operations

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to manage clinical service operations, ensuring high customer service, meeting financial targets, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including front counter services, admin tasks, and process improvement.
• Analyze data and track KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of service associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health professionals to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Achieve volume and financial targets while developing and executing business plans with clinical heads.
• Manage financial budgets, logistics, and procurement for clinical services.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder with healthcare operations experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in operations, customer service, and business management.
• Ability to manage KPIs, financials, and drive process improvements.
