Key Responsibilities

Personal Administrative Tasks (90%)
  1. Insurance & Financials
  • Manage car insurance renewal and road tax.
  • Handle personal insurance payments and claims.
  • File personal income tax accurately and on time.
  1. Healthcare & Appointments
  • Schedule and track yearly health checkups and vaccinations.
  • Remind and coordinate family medical appointments.
  1. Property & Banking
  • Prepare documents for property loan applications.
  • Assist with opening and managing bank accounts.
  1. Government & Education
  • Research and apply for relevant government grants.
  • Research schooling options for children.
  1. Household Management
  • Arrange and oversee home repairs and services.
  • Assist with maid applications, visa renewals, and medical checkups.
  • Manage household purchases and supplies.
  1. Event & Travel Coordination
  • Plan and organize family birthday parties and other events.
  • Create detailed travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  1. Other Personal Errands
  • Handle bill payments and other personal errands as needed.
Light HR & Office Admin Support (10%)
  1. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination or employee documentation.
  2. Provide occasional support for office administration when required
Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthiness: Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and quick in resolving issues.
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with basic tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling apps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s government processes, insurance systems, and educational institutions is a plus
