Account Manager, Enterprise Sales
Job Summary
The company is a fully owned German based IT/Communications system integrator focusing on Cisco Systems solutions. We’ve since transformed and incorporated Change Management, Software Development and Software Performance Solutions in our portfolio.
The Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by expanding and developing relationships with both new and existing customers. To be successful in this role, you should be highly motivated who understands the Enterprise Network, Unified Communication & Collaboration and Security solutions, strong interpersonal and organizational competency to drive sales activities in achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales objectives and generate new business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities in order to achieve revenue quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for the Quote to Order process which includes Product and Solution configuration, Pricing, Quote Generation, Proposal Creation and Negotiation.
- Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
- Regular reporting and update on projected sales forecast/pipeline volume and profit in a timely and orderly manner.
- Work closely with and establish engagement between vendor and internal teams to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
- Drive and lead in preparation and submission of ITQ/RFQ.
Qualification & Skills:
- 2 - 5 years of relevant industry experience in Enterprise Sales Information Technology.
- Have software skills will have added advantage.
- Strong sales or business development background with proven track record in enterprise IT solutions selling and professional services.
- Effective business solutions selling skills at senior levels.
- Motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high-performance results.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycle within complex organizations, while compressing decision cycles.
- Capable of functioning effectively in a hectic and fast-paced work environment.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented and dedicated person who initiates appropriate actions and strategies.
- Excellent in building relationships, customer/vendor-facing and internal communication skills.
- Outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation and presentations skills
- Collaborate internally with all supporting resources within sales to maximize your effectiveness and advance the sales process.
