HR Generalist (up to $7k, recruitment focused, Times Pro or Time Software is a plus) (ID: 671428) - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management and training & development, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s labour laws and company policies
• Liaise with authorities (MOM, MAS, CPF, IRAS, MINDEF etc.) in handling HR related matters
• Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, recruiters, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Liaising with third party vendor for payroll and bonus processing and ensure timely accurate payment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees
• Handle complains, disputes and grievances of staff
• Provide support as a backup for general administrative and PA tasks
• Handle any other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or equivalent
• 8 years of HR generalist experience with a strong understanding of Singapore labour laws and employment regulations
• Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements (e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Regulations)
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Able to multi-task, have good time management and sense of accountability
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
