The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will lead business analysis activities for TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT, focusing on Customer Foundation, Static Data, and Deposits. The role involves aligning Wealth Management operations globally, driving solution design, and ensuring seamless implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis, solution design, and implementation of TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT.
- Analyze and bridge functional gaps.
- Define functional requirements, use cases, and migration strategies.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.
- Organize and lead stakeholder workshops and governance committees.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and process optimizations.
Ideal candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management core banking solutions (T24/TRANSACT).
- Expertise in Customer Foundation, Static Data, and Deposits AA modules.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the functional domain of banking operation: payments and accounts maintenance, tax and reporting or securities processing.
- Proficiency in SQL, API testing, and data modelling.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
