Talent Acquisition Sales Manager - Real Estate Agency - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sales Manager to lead the recruitment of real estate agents and resident agents for HiPPO Prop. The manager will also lead a team of executives to drive recruitment efforts and ensure sales targets are met by the respective agents.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high-performing agents who align with our company’s vision; post-onboarding to ensure the agents are excelling and performing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network in the real estate industry and a passion for talent acquisition/growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract real estate agents with the right profile and qualifications.
  • Source and headhunt experienced and aspiring agents through various channels (networking, referrals, social media, job portals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ suitability, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts to position HiPPO Prop as a preferred choice for real estate agents.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment executives to achieve hiring targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust hiring approaches proactively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably in the real estate or sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore real estate market and agent recruitment trends.
  • Excellent networking skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
