Accounts Assistant Manager | Basic Up to $5k + VB | 5 Days | Jurong East | SY

Position: Accounts Assistant Manager

Salary Up to $5k + VB

Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM (100% work in office)

Location: Vision Exchange (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)

System Used: Xero

Key Duties:

• Liaise with Clients: Address clients' accounting queries, providing advice and suggestions in compliance with ACRA and IRAS regulations.
• Provide Solutions: Deliver accounting, audit, and tax solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Knowledge Sharing: Guide co-workers by sharing accounting, auditing, and taxation expertise.
• Team Leadership: Grow and motivate the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Profit Targets: Ensure the company meets its profit targets within the designated timeframe.
• Assistant Accounts Manager Responsibilities: Fulfil duties associated with the role of Assistant Accounts Manager.
• Will lead a team of 6-7 Account execs and Senior Account execs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/ or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in either an Accounting or Audit Firm.
• Good knowledge of FRS & experience in accounting, audit, and tax.
• Resourceful, analytical, independent, and meticulous.
• Team player with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.
