Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this Executive, Paiza Lifestyle, will be to support the development of Paiza Lifestyle programs, special events and sponsorships from a coordination, administration and legal capacity. Including drafting of contracts, and regulatory submissions, that support the overall strategic direction of the department and of Marina Bay Sands
Job Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of Lifestyle programs, including collaborations with strategic partners, to contribute to the overall Paiza Lifestyle experience and events strategy.
- Assumes responsibility for administrative functions related to these programs including but not limited to procurement, department records, finance, and legal matters.
- Support the coordination and valuation of potential program opportunities and prepare recommendations based on ROI analysis and objectives.
- Document event requests, objectives, and operating requirements for delivery of proforma’s, budgets etc. for review.
- Support the tracking of budgets to ensure revenue and expenses are kept within established boundaries, including preparation of monthly accrual statements.
- Review financial information for accuracy, such as invoices for services and prepare the final financial report
- Prepare draft contracts and other legally binding documents on commercial terms and support the internal legal review process to meet our corporate and government requirements.
- Draft event factsheets for submission and compliance with GRA regulations and requirements.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and event operations, and execution, maintaining and elevating the events to ensure a premium and seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate and cooperate with internal departments required to activate and manage execution of programs pursuant to the agreed upon terms and conditions
- Develop and deliver relevant tracking analytics and reporting; ensuring ongoing evaluation, enhancement and optimization of experience and select partnership executions.
- Contribute to the development of Quarterly/ Annual departmental strategic plans.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification- University Degree in Business or Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business administration.
- Ability and knowledge of planning and executing complex and highly regulated events/experiences.
- Some hospitality, expo/convention, gaming industry experience with a 4-star property desirable but not essential.
- Strong execution, time-management and prioritization skills, highly tuned attention to details.
- Possess a strong business acumen, analytical mind with a solid understanding of business objectives
- Confident in navigating complex contractual agreements and regulatory requirements for events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities under pressure
- Maintain a professional appearance with solid interpersonal communication & written skills.
