Responsibilities:

Design and execute tailored logistics strategies to meet client-specific requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact between the company and key clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering long-term relationships.
Manage business performance, identify service gaps, and collaborate with operations to improve service efficiency.
Oversee contract renewals, rate discussions, and service scope agreements with existing clients.
Lead and support project implementation, delivering enhanced supply chain solutions.
Track service performance, drive continuous process improvements, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

Candidates with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields are welcome to apply
Candidates with experience in key account management within logistics is a plus.
