IT Executive

• Respond and deal with incidents, service requests and queries from end-user that Include installation, upgrading and maintenance of computer hardware and software in an effective and timely manner
• Provide in-house, on-site and/or remote IT services to end-users such as diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems, on/off boarding, and IT-related training
• Communicate with internal & external partners and perform proper project & change management to ensure deployments meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements
• Assist in management of third-party vendors on IT issues and purchases.
• Provide all Infrastructure and system support services, including service outage diagnosis, monitoring, troubleshooting and restoration of services
• Manage and maintain inventory records (hardware/software/licenses) and periodic compilation of statistics and reports. Manage daily IT operation related paperwork including the creation and manging of forms, invoices, reports, guides, notes and any other relevant documentation

• Relevant working experience with IT Infrastructures.
• Experience in POS (NEC) and ERP system like Navision/Business Central or SAP is advantageous.
• Hands on experience in Windows Systems for Windows Server including Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and AD Group Policy
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Good and flexible problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined in documentation and record keeping.
• Confident and willing to pick up new technological skills on-the-job.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and effectively within a team
