Customer Service Officer (Central / Up to $2800)

Job Summary:

• Location: Kallang
• Salary: Basic up to $2800 + Allowance $100 + AWS
• Working Hours: Depend on departments assigned

1. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm, candidate must be willing to work on weekends and will receive a $100 daily allowance when scheduled.
2. Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and supply chain partners, handling orders, documentation, and transport bookings based on specified service levels.
• Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with established work standards and instructions across all supply chain stakeholders.
• Manage customer requests and supply chain disruptions, promptly reporting issues to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking updates (milestones) from suppliers and carriers, addressing missing events and data inconsistencies.
• Contribute to reporting, KPI analysis, and monthly/quarterly business reviews, suggesting improvements and supporting performance measurement efforts.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with global orders, events, and SOPs, and support process changes as directed by process owners.

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry, preferably in freight forwarding.
