Note: Pay range includes additional sales commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects in order to identify travel needs, present/explain Dreamcation products and make travel/cruise recommendations.
  • Handing of sales enquiries, liasing with clients via meetings/ e-meetings/ phone.
  • Performing admin duties such as reports, schedules, quotations etc.
  • Data entry to ensure all sales records, databases are up to date.
  • Assist in post-sales work which includes following up with client experience, getting reviews.
  • Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectation.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing consumers.
  • Acquires in depth industry and company knowledge in order to articulate travel/cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products.
  • Perform other job related functions as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to commit to 5 working week, including Sat/Sun.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in the travel industry is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure, organised, and able to manage own tasks.
  • Good time management.
  • Able to work independently, and also a team player.
  • Sales and service oriented.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent presentation skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Good work ethics, self-driven and sense of urgency.

Remuneration & benefits will commensurate with qualifications & experiences.
