Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (CBD | 5 Days Work)

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented office receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients warm and professionally.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle email and phone enquiries
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
- Check letterbox daily for incoming mails
- Replenishment of pantry supplies and stationary
- Maintain the reception, common areas & meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Any other admin tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a office receptionist or customer service officer
- Must be able to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking personnels
- Pleasant disposition, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant software
