We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented office receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients warm and professionally.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Handle email and phone enquiries
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
  • Check letterbox daily for incoming mails
  • Replenishment of pantry supplies and stationary
  • Maintain the reception, common areas & meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Any other admin tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a office receptionist or customer service officer
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking personnels
  • Pleasant disposition, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant software
