Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand management, public relations, social media, marketing campaigns, and event management initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and execution to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive sales growth.The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen understanding of the footwear or fashion industry, and possess a proven track record in delivering effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Develop, implement and execute strategies to strengthen brand identity and market positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Public Relations: Develop and manage all PR activities to enhance the brand's public image, including media relations, press releases, and collaborations with influencers and industry partners.
- Social Media Presence:Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand messages and drive sales, both online and offline.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee local events, including brand collaborations, promotional events, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Market Research, Analysis and Reporting:Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, performance of marketing campaigns and strategies and use insights to formulate marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on brand management, PR, and social media. Experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and work collaboratively with team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to generate new ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
