Main Role:

  • Looking for 10 officers to join esteemed government org to support one of the business expansion plan.
  • Near to MRT, office hours
  • 6 months contract with benefits
  • Salary from $2500 to $3200
Job Duties;
  • Assist with the preparation, review and administration of government contracts and related documentation
  • Liaise with government agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and management
  • Maintain comprehensive contract records and databases to track key milestones, obligations and performance
  • Support contract change management processes, including negotiating and documenting amendments
  • Prepare regular contract status reports and analytical insights for management
  • Ensure all contract-related activities adhere to relevant policies, regulations and best practices
  • Provide general administrative support to the contracts and procurement teams as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or similar role
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contract management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using contract management and administrative software applications
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
