Job scope:
- Works under limited supervision to provide technical advice and service such as installation and repair services.
- Provide technical advice and service such as installation and repair services.
- Resolves standard technical problems on the production lines.
- Troubleshoot electrical devices problem.
Job requirement:
- NITEC/Diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline.
- Comfortable with 12 hours rotating shift
- Read and Interpret maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, work orders, process and instrumentation (P&ID) diagram and electrical schematics to perform required maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Experience in PLC language: Siemens Step 7, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell RS Logix 5000/500.
- Experience in SCADA/HMI System: GE Proficy iFix, Proficy Batch, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, FactoryTalk.
- Experience in Packaging system: ABB/Fanuc Robotic, B&R automation
