Our Client they are Global Brand in Fashion Retail. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Retail Supervisor / Manager be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Retail Supervisor / Manager:

Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
Oversee store operations, including inventory management and customer service standards
Develop annual budgets and provide monthly sales forecasts
Drive team performance by fostering a positive work culture and strong team spirit
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations
Identify growth opportunities to expand market share
Collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels
Ensure premium shopping experiences, especially for VIP customers

Requirements:

Diploma in any field
Relevant 3 years of supervisory experience in fashion retail industry
