Scope:
- Full spectrum of human resources in employee engagement, performance management, talent management, training development and grievances handling.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzes trends and metrics and partnership with the Head of HR to develop solutions.
- Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with minimum 4- 6 years of experiences with HR practices and employee management.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders and with senior managers
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
