Adecco is working with a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia. They are looking for an experienced Private Banker to join their team and support the growth of their business in the North Asia market. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the bank's expansion while working within a reputable organization.

about the job:

• Serve as the primary advisor ensuring proactive communication and a high level of responsiveness in addressing client needs.
• Design and implement customized investment strategies and wealth management plans.
• Provide guidance on a wide range of financial services, including asset allocation, tax optimization and estate planning.
• Drive client acquisition efforts, growing the HNW and UHNW client base through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal product and investment teams to deliver holistic solutions and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make adjustments as needed to align with the bank's risk framework and ensure continued suitability for clients.

skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and economic factors.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred given the client base.
