Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Marketing Director to lead our online business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong resources in both China and Singapore and a proven track record in driving e-commerce sales, brand visibility, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others.
• Leverage resources from China and Singapore to optimize supply chain, logistics, and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, and Singaporean distributors to ensure smooth product sourcing and fulfillment.
• Manage cross-border marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital advertising efforts.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to drive business decisions.
• Build and oversee a high-performing marketing team to enhance customer engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Established connections with suppliers, logistics partners, and marketing agencies in both China and Singapore.
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, and social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce regulations and logistics.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with partners in China and Singapore.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills to drive data-driven marketing strategies.
