Bedok - Sales Admin Assistant [Salesforce CRM SFDC/ 6 months Contract]

This is a 6 Months Contract Role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the main sales representative in managing and updating customer records in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data, customer information, and other relevant records.
• Follow up on sales processes, including tracking leads, updating status, and ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support the sales team and address customer inquiries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Business Mandarin language is required to liaise and work with counterparts in GCR and APAC Regions
• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
