Business Development Executive / Sales Executive - Tampines

As a Business Development / Sales Executive at Websparks, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will either support or lead persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to engage Websparks for their digital experiences work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and accounts.
  • Respond to business inquiries from customers, clients, and team members promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships to identify sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare detailed and compelling proposals after understanding customers’ requirements and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Participate in tender submissions as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on tenders.
  • Perform account servicing and business development activities.
  • Support the Business Development department in various tasks.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, applications, and product expertise to find and close opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover of information to the Project Team once a project is awarded.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, tools, and platforms used in web and app development.
  • Preferably with experience in software solution sales.
  • Experience in handling government agencies’ accounts is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong client management and account servicing experience.
  • Self-driven and independent, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-team efforts.
