As a Lead Product Manager for the GrabMerchant AI Assistant, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to innovate and develop products that address challenges related to merchant growth and support.

You will report to the Senior Product Management Leader and be based onsite at Grab's OneNorth Office in Singapore.

• You will contribute to the product strategy for the GrabMerchant AI Assistant, collaborating closely with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts.
• You will see through ideas from the problem statement, to implementation, and finally to rollout.
• You will define goals and success metrics to guide and measure the impact of your work.
• You will execute a clear roadmap addressing identified merchant needs.
• You will engage in user discovery to generate new product ideas that enable merchant growth and support.
• You will collaborate across product teams and business stakeholders to drive go-to-market execution and oversee product launches.
• You will present experiment results, OKRs, and learnings to senior Grab leadership.
