Hougang - Manufacturing Engineer ( upto $4500@Tai Seng Drive)

Work Location : Tai Seng Drive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop criteria for new product introductions including manufacturing process, tool design, integrated schedules, design to cost, sourcing technical support, quality qualifications, and supply chain integration.
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes related to cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies, including inspection and testing.
• Apply expertise in electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methodologies.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ensuring successful project completion and profitability.
• Gather data and create necessary manufacturing documentation, supporting OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform assembly work and guide technicians/operators in their tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related professional certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analyzing and comparing Bill of Materials (BOM).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop engineering solutions.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
