Perfume Retail Manager, 12-month, Lucky Plaza (LF)

Retail Store Manager is responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff and inventory.

Job Scope:

• Supervise and assist employees like Sales Representatives in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
• Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in retail or sales 3 years in leading and developing a team
• Prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous
• Good communication, sales, leadership, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Personality: Customer-focused, team player, adaptable, and willing to learn

Additional Information:

• Salary – base salary + commission + bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable and convertible to perm
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: 5 days a week includes weekend / Public Holidays (Shift basis), 2 days off a week, Shift timings will be allocated by company, shift will be rotated every week. Shift Timings: (A) 9am – 5pm, (B) 1pm – 9pm
