About the role
We're seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Orchard. As the first point of contact for our Salon, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, customers and colleagues.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming all our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly and courteously
- Providing administrative support, ordering stationery and managing the mail
- Maintaining an organised and well-presented reception area
- Assisting with other general office duties as required
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using common office software and equipment
- A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
