Job Description:

• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities, technologies, and markets.
• Translate company vision into actionable operational plans.
• Oversee daily operations across departments (e.g., Development, IT Infrastructure, Support, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance).
• Ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
• Monitor and manage company performance against KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate business risks.
• Guide technology adoption aligned with business strategy.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 in a senior management or executive role.
• Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT service models.
• Proven track record of operational leadership and business growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budget planning and financial management.
