Senior Building Technician - Geylang

Responsibilities:

• Provides general assistance in the maintenance of Tang Plaza, Orchard
• Carries out routine inspection and servicing of Tang Plaza’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities
• Provide technical assistance
• Check and identify building defects
• Response in any form of emergency breakdown
• Ordering spare parts, lightings and paints from suppliers
• Ensure and check inventory is sufficient and up to date
• Coordinate and assist supervisor in A&A works
• Submit and report job status or defects to supervisor
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors
• Coordinate and liaise with the technicians from the two subsidiary proprietors
• Perform and complete tasks given by supervisor
• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess mininum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
• Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• 5.5 days work week
