Regional Finance Controller | APAC | Renewable Energy

Location: Singapore CBD | Flexible Hybrid Work Model

Hudson is partnering with a leading renewable energy company to hire a Regional Finance Controller for the APAC region. This is a newly created role in a fast-growing company, offering a unique opportunity to drive project controlling and financial controlling across 10 countries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project controlling and financial controlling to drive performance across APAC.
Partner with project teams to monitor project performance, cost control, and risk management from Development to EPC, providing early warnings and insights.
Ensure budget adherence, variance analysis, and cost efficiency across multiple large-scale projects.
Oversee cash flow planning and treasury management to optimize liquidity for ongoing projects.
Improve financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks across the region.
Oversee two business controllers in the Philippines and Malaysia, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with regional strategies.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in a senior financial/project controlling role, preferably in renewables, power, or infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage large businesses with substantial cash flows and cost structures.
Strong expertise in project controlling, cost management, and financial governance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) is a plus.
