The Role
You will handle financial reporting and month-end closing, ensure timely and accurate reporting, including accruals and CAPEX, while preparing management reports with key metrics and insights. You will drive annual forecasting, planning, and budgeting, collaborating with departments to align financial strategies with business goals.Your role will involve cost control, monitoring operational expenses for savings and compliance, and developing tools to enhance profitability. You will manage CAPEX projects to ensure financial alignment and resource allocation, oversee cash flow and accounts receivable, and ensure balance sheet accuracy and compliance.
Additionally, you will manage tax-related tasks, audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Leveraging data analytics and automation tools like Power BI, you will optimize reporting efficiencies. You will also handle treasury operations, accounts payables, and corporate governance, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments.
As part of the team, you will lead ad-hoc financial projects, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvements, focusing on enhancing efficiency and automation in all processes.
Your Profile
We are on the hunt for a dynamic financial professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in financial management or cost control-preferably in the FMCG or retail world. You will be a whiz with accounting systems, ideally a pro at advanced Excel and financial modeling, and have a knack for using Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query) to analyze, automate, and supercharge financial processes.Bonus points if you have got ERP migration experience under your belt.
