We are looking for a Junior Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders’ calendars while ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication Handling: Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Confidential Documentation: Maintain and manage sensitive business information with discretion.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or PA role in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and complex scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
