Job DescriptionDeliver professional customer service to hotline calls.
Be the first point of touch with customers.
Handle and resolving customers enquire and feedback.
Ensure that complaints are monitored and resolved.
Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises.
Job RequirementsMin Nitec holder
Min 6 months of customer service in call center environment
Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude
