Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage senior staff and department heads.

  • Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication with employees.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s footprint.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in senior management or business leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including:
