You are the architect of identity. The chief of aesthetics. The visionary who turns bottles and labels into national symbols.

We're hiring a Chief Design Strategist to work directly with our founder, Mr. Sam Leong (Singaporean Philanthropist, MSc MBA USA), to redefine what ECOSAM® looks and feels like across the globe.

• What You’ll Do
• Reimagine ECOSAM’s visual identity across all touchpoints — packaging, digital, advertising, physical products.
• Design with a national soul — every bottle, every drop must reflect Singaporean excellence.
• Create packaging that sells — You’re not designing to decorate. You’re designing to dominate shelf space.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to ensure design is strategic, emotional, and profitable.
• Make it go viral — Your designs should stop scrolls, spark conversations, and sell out on Shopee, Amazon, and beyond.
• Build and lead an in-house or outsourced design team as needed — you’re the boss.
• Who You Are
• A Jony Ive mind with Trump-style guts.
• You’ve designed products people actually bought, not just dribbble shots.
• You’ve worked with a consumer brand, preferably in skincare, health, or fast-moving goods.
• You understand Singaporean culture, symbolism, and style.
• You are strategic, impatient, and obsessed with quality and winning.
• You can pitch, present, and defend your designs with fire.
• You love beautiful things — but you love results even more.
