About the role

Sodexo Singapore, a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in our Raffles Place Central Region office. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of facilities management services to our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of a wide range of facilities services, including building maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to optimise the performance and lifespan of building systems and equipment
  • Manage and monitor budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of facilities professionals
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall facilities management experience
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities management or property management role, preferably in the commercial or corporate sector
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and facility operations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficient in using facilities management software and technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
