Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business goals.
  • Support the HR Manager in managing HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, and timesheet verification.
  • Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to enhance processes and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Lead employee welfare programs and engagement activities.
  • Work with ESG & Safety consultants to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Manage external vendors to ensure effective security services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including team leadership and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HR audit or RBA is a added advantages..
