Analyst, Business Support & Admin (SCD/LAF) (Job ID: 10069367) - Geylang
This position sits in the two teams with one reporting line, the Sector Coverage team and the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking. We are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated and organised individual to join the team to provide high-level administrative partnership to the team.
This position provides day-to-day assistance to client-facing professionals. Key responsibilities of the role will include actively supporting the business operations process and facilitating internal and external communication.
The Analyst will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative, communication and team management support:Be responsible for diary management for MDs
Assist the team’s expense requests and claims. Vendor, contract, and invoice
Co-ordinate team activities and events
May handle confidential company and employee information
- Undertakes a range of activities focused on sector coverage and leveraged & acquisition financing:Track and monitor activities and team revenues
Manage the data of regional and sectorial initiatives with team members
Ad hoc admin tasks
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma qualified
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in banking or similar service industry
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail
- High degree of common sense and a willingness to assume responsibility
- Eager to get involved and fully participate in the team, “can do“ attitude
- Able to work independently and adaptable to changing environments
- Experience in handling confidential or sensitive matters
- Experience in working with a diverse team
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Outlook
