Our client is a Family Office specialising in Private Equity Real Estate and Alternative Investments.

Remuneration

Basic Salary: $6,000 - $9,000
Commissions: 0.5% of Total Funds Raised per project (paid upon project completion, typically 2-3 years)
Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of annual Sales Targets
Employee Benefits: 14 days Annual Leave and free basic outpatient treatment

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage Accredited Investors for participation in Private Real Estate Acquisition and Development Funds.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored investment solutions.
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Ensure exceptional client servicing to build satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

Existing network of Onshore/Offshore Accredited Investors, ideally with funds already deployed in Singapore
Min 1-3 years of experience in Investment Management, Wealth/Portfolio Management, or related fields
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented professional
