Toa Payoh - Operations Manager (Offshore Project Services)

The Role

The Operations Manager will be in charge of our daily operations in one-stop-shop offshore project services including supply, ship agency, logistics services and steel works to the marine and offshore industry.

• Maintain accounts at MPA and other organizations to meet regulatory and project requirements for ship agency and logistics services.
• Executing supply, ship agency and logistics services.
• Managing ship repair, loading, seafastnening, towing preparations and discharging services.
• Coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promoting ProC’s services to potential clients.
• Supporting on marketing and bidding.
• Assisting in invoicing and payment collection.
• Managing team members and collaborating with partners to achieve the best results.

• Bachelor’s degree in maritime study or logistics services.
• Minimum 5 years’ project coordination and management experience in themarine and offshore industry.
• Team-minded, optimistic, conscientiousactive and proactive.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Able to work independently.
