As a Business Development & Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating sales leads, expanding the firm’s network, coordinating events, creating solutions for clients and supporting the sales process. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that help increase sales, enhance the firm’s visibility, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Lead Generation:
Develop and implement strategies for generating sales leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, networking, and outreach initiatives.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement with prospects.
Network Expansion:
Identify and establish relationships with new contacts and key decision-makers in the industry.
Assist in building and nurturing the firm’s professional network through targeted outreach and regular communications.
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent the firm and expand its reach.
Event Coordination:
Collaborate with the partners to schedule and coordinate events such as webinars, workshops, and client meetings.
Oversee event logistics, including invitations, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
Support in post-event follow-up to engage prospects and convert them into clients.
Sales Meetings & Proposal Finalization:
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings with potential clients, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place.
Work closely with the partners to draft and finalize sales proposals that align with client needs and firm capabilities.
Assist in closing sales by addressing client concerns and following through on proposal execution.

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
