Primary Duties :

Monitor manufacturing process cycle and perform regular audits/checks to identify potential Out Of Control conditions
Work with internal team to Identify root cause of issues and develop CAPA.
Verify CAPA implementation / effectiveness.
Prepare reports on quality issues and corrective actions.
Review quality documentation ( WI, Control Plan, Customer Specific Requirements)
Track quality assurance goals (yield %, #CAR closure)
Lead a group of IPQC Inspectors to carry out in-process inspection as per requirements.

Secondary Duties

Participate in Quality Improvement Program
Conduct training to fellow colleagues, peers and /or subordinates.
Any other tasks assigned by department lead.

About You

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Preferably at least 3 years experience in relevant field
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
Six sigma green belt certification will be added value
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance (ISO 9001, 7 QC tools and etc)
Team player
Good communication skill
