About the Role
We are looking for a highly tech-savvy, adaptable, and resourceful Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of technology and business operations, and is eager to develop expertise in quality management systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, manufacturing, and international business development.
As part of the structured training, the role will initially include executive assistant responsibilities, providing direct exposure to high-level decision-making and mentoring by senior leadership. This will allow the candidate to gain insights into strategic operations, business scaling, and leadership development while actively contributing to key initiatives.
The selected candidate must be prepared to travel on short notice and work beyond official hours, including weekends, to support time-sensitive business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant & Leadership Mentorship- Work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic planning, high-level decision-making, and business expansion efforts.
- Assist in managing key projects, preparing reports, and facilitating executive-level communications.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Gain first-hand insight into business leadership, corporate governance, and operational excellence.
- Gain in-depth exposure to QMS, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing workflows, ensuring operational compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in process automation and digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve productivity and compliance.
- Collaborate across departments, including R&D, regulatory affairs, production, and supply chain, to drive operational improvements.
- Work on ISO standards, GMP compliance, and medical device regulations, ensuring business adherence to international standards.
- Utilize AI, automation, and analytics to optimise business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
- Drive the implementation of digital tools and ERP systems to streamline operations and compliance.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and explore innovative solutions for operational scalability.
- Support regional and global business expansion efforts by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in international markets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows, representing the company and fostering global business relationships.
- Coordinate market entry strategies and help navigate regulatory landscapes across different regions.
- Must be willing and able to travel regionally and globally on short notice to support business development, operational needs, and regulatory engagements.
- Be prepared to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends, to accommodate time-sensitive projects, client engagements, and market demands.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in business operations, technology, compliance, and international market expansion.
- Highly tech-savvy, with experience or strong interest in automation, AI/ML applications, business intelligence, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
- Exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness, capable of navigating diverse business environments and handling unpredictable challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
