Tampines - Accounts Assistant (Logistics/International Business Park/up to 3k)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Booking of supplier vouchers to account system
• HSBCnet Payment / Allocation/ Sending Pending Ops Allocation weekly list
• Rentals & Other staff claims booking & payment
• All payments & allocations
• Validating/Distributing/Accounting of Voucher workflow & filing all the vouchers/admin vouchers properly
• Banker Guarantees Renewal / Applications
• Monthly Crimsonlogic Posting
• Overseas Payment
• Intercompany Netting Reconciliation and Payment
• Handling of Mausy (User Creation, Application Add on, User Deletion)
• Month-end Closing reports (Top 50, Customer Profitability)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Suppliers’ Reconciliation
• Any other duties as may be assigned by company’s management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, payment processing, or general accounting.
• Experience with HSBCnet, ERP systems, and bank reconciliations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
