Business Development Manager

Job Responsibility:

1. Marketing:

• market segmentation analysis and competitive benchmarking research in Asia and India.
• review market demand and competition in various countries and regions.
• formulate and implement targeted marketing strategies in a timely manner.
• ensure the timely launch of products with competitive advantages.

1. Sales:

• Develop management mechanism of business network and distributor network, increase the sales channels and expand market participation rate.
• Integrate the resources of HQ and Regional and other relevant parties in combination with the reform of shortening business flow.
• improving efficiency to form an efficient and high-quality project negotiation and process management support.

1. Sales engineering:

• coordinate the establishment and improvement of the systems applicable to the direct use by companies in various countries and regions.
• coordinate and management of relevant product technical data.
• provide project technical scheme support, front-line personnel training and contract review support.

1. Commercial review:

• Considering the application of AI tools in the commercial review system.
• practical experience and applicable system tools based on the actual situation to improve the efficiency of project commercial terms review.

1. Lead time management:

• promote the integrated management of lead time in Asia and India.
• lead time of each factory to improve business efficiency.

1. Establish a global quotation center, combine analysis via systems and technology, build an efficient quotation management system, provide fast and accurate quotation support to front-line companies, and improve the speed of project follow-up response.
2. Improvement for maintenance businesses

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
2. University graduates with minimum 15years working experience in elevator industries.
3. Strong in Product Knowledge.
4. High proficiency in Japanese and English reporting and communications.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
