Overview:

The Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hedge fund, ensuring efficient management of investment processes, client interactions, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to support the team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the hedge fund, ensuring smooth execution of investment strategies and efficient workflow.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to compliance and other internal policies, managing the preparation of accurate performance reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support their professional development and ensure alignment with fund objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in hedge fund operations, investment management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
