Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Onsite Support – Ensures smooth data centre operations and critical facilities maintenance.
• BMS Monitoring – Continuously monitors power, temperature, humidity, UPS, fire safety, plumbing, and water detection systems.
• Incident Management – Acts as Level 1 escalation for operational issues and performs troubleshooting & repairs for mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.
• User & Ticket Management – Handles requests, incidents, and changes via the web portal system.
• Safety & Security Compliance – Implements data centre safety, security, and customer support policies, while overseeing security operations.
• Maintenance Planning – Supports preventive & reactive maintenance to minimize service disruptions.
• Documentation & Reporting – Updates and maintains MOP, SOP, and EOP documentation and generates reports as needed.

• Experience with Building Management System systems, Mechanical and Electrical equipment, and data centre environments.
• Hands-on experience in Mechanical (ACMV) and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
