- Take leadership in the planning and deployment of pilotage, harbour towage and waterboat resources to support 24/7 operations of the busiest port in the world
- Uphold the efficiency of the company’s services which is part of Singapore's maritime ecosystem
- Directly communicate with vessels to coordinate arrival and service timings; and
- Attend to all customer queries and requests for new orders, amendments and cancellations.
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent;
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency circumstances;
- Candidates with prior experience in operations planning will be considered favourably; and
- Be willing to perform overnight shift work
- New hires will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to S$3,000. Terms and conditions apply.
- New hires will be eligible for allowances, and productivity incentives upon commencement of shift work.
