Project Director - Choa Chu Kang

• Monitoring and track project contract, progress, budget, cash flow, quality and timelines to ensure successful project completion
• Managing and making strategic decision and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
• Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
• Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, and/or sub-contractors which is not able to be handled by subordinates.

Requirements:

• Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
• Possess a Project Management certification
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project in Oil and Gas EPC industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
