*NEW* 1 Year contract Business Continuity Analyst - Bedok - ref. n0482615

Job Duties:

• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to conduct thorough risk assessments and Business
• Impact Analysis (BIAs) to determine the effects of disruptions.
• Evaluate the likelihood of various types of crises and their potential impact on different areas of the organization.
• Perform Continuity Planning
• Improvise, implement and maintain comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
• Conduct training sessions and educational materials for employees
• Facilitate drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the continuity plans and improve response times.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of prior experience as a business analyst, especially in the Business Continuity
• Management domain with experience in Business Impact Analysis, DR planning, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Experience with process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) is a plus
• Experience in cybersecurity preferred
