[ref. p86442901] Application Support Analyst - Sanderson-iKas Singapore Pte Ltd

We are looking to speak to Application Support Analysts!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize user requests and incidents based on urgency and impact.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for resolution; identify and implement workarounds.
• Communicate effectively with users, management, and IT stakeholders.
• Perform daily checks (morning/evening), on-call duties, and routine support tasks.
• Handle change requests, urgent data updates, and production deployments.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for recurring issues.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and business analysis when needed.
• Participate in major events (BCP, DR, etc.) in coordination with teams.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication; able to explain technical issues in business terms.
• Solution-oriented, business-focused mindset.
• Basic technical skills: SQL, Unix/Linux, Microservices, CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation.
• Analytical, calm under pressure, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Exposure to IT operations and stakeholder management.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in application support.
• Banking/financial industry experience is a plus.
